Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of my outfits being worn by newborns and young kids, mostly without a dipper, I don't accept returns and exchanges, unless the outfits arrive damaged or defective. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Damaged ordered must be requested within 2 days of delivery confirmation or they will not be accepted. Outfits must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Refunds or Exchanges for damaged items will not be processed until the items are back to me.
The purchasing customer is responsible for all shipping charges. I stand behind the quality of my items and your satisfaction is very important to me. If you are unhappy with your purchase please feel free to contact me and I will work with you to make things wright.
Please keep in mind, rubyoutfit items are handmade and slight variations may occur. also, colors may vary slightly in photos from actual product. Please ask about any other details that are not listed in the description for the shop outfits.
Shipping
When payment is received all packages are mailed immediately during the carrier office work hours via USPS first class . You may upgrade to priority (2-3) days or Express (1-2) days for an additional charge but please message me before upgrading.
When the package has been dropped of at the post office it becomes the responsibility of the carrier and I have no control over it. I will give a tracking number.
If a package is unclaimed and returned to me and needs to be re-shipped to you, you are responsible for the coast to get it re-shipped to you again.
I ship using your address you provided ,please make sure the address is correct.
